FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
✦ How long does shipping take?
Original artworks are shipped within 5–7 business days of your order. Domestic (U.S.) delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on location and customs.
When the print shop opens, fine art prints will be produced at a local Giclée studio near my studio, not mass-produced or outsourced. Each print is inspected for quality by me, then hand-packaged and shipped with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and fulfillment.

✦ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All original art sales are final. These are one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it via shipping insurance.
Fine art prints, when available, are also final sale due to their made-to-order nature. If your print arrives damaged or with a production error, please reach out and I’ll make it right.
✦ Do you ship internationally?
Yes—I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Both originals and fine art prints ship from my studio in the U.S.
✦ How is the artwork packaged?
Original paintings are carefully wrapped in archival-safe materials and boxed securely with love and intention. All artwork includes tracking and insurance.
Prints will be packaged using acid-free tissue, sturdy tubes or flat mailers, and sealed by hand. Each one is personally reviewed and signed before leaving the studio.
✦ Can I commission a custom piece?
My current commission calendar is full through mid-July 2025.
